Frequently Asked Questions

Here you can find answers to the basic questions about HaveAI's setup, training, channels and use.

General

What does HaveAI do?

HaveAI lets you set up an AI assistant that answers customer questions using your business information. You can manage conversations from your website and connected messaging channels in the panel, collect customer information and hand a conversation over to your team when needed.

How long does setup take?

To get started, you need to create an account, add your business information and connect a channel. The total time depends on the content you will prepare and the authorization steps of the channel you choose. Before going live, try a few real customer questions in the AI Test section.

Is technical knowledge required?

You do not need to write code to train the assistant, manage conversations and adjust settings. When setting up the web widget, you should have permission to add the setup code to your site; if needed, you can get help from your site administrator. Setting up a custom API connection with your own software requires technical work.

Can I try it for free? Is a card required?

If you have a trial entitlement, you can try the Starter plan for free for 7 days with a valid card. If you cancel before the trial ends, no subscription fee is charged. If you do not cancel, the paid subscription starts and renews until you cancel. For details, review the Plans and Allowances guide.

AI and Training

How do I train the assistant?

You can add your business's frequently asked questions, products and services, general information and documents. You can also make use of content on your website. Use FAQs for short, specific questions and free-form information to explain a topic more broadly. Do not leave conflicting records on the same topic.

What should I do if the assistant gives a wrong answer?

First check that the relevant information was added to the correct agent and that processing is complete. Old prices, conflicting records or behavior instructions can also affect the answer. After making the necessary correction, try the same question again in AI Test. You can use the check order in the Troubleshooting guide.

Which AI model is used?

HaveAI makes use of the Google Gemini model family. Model management is done by the system; you do not need to select a model to prepare your assistant. When evaluating answer quality, also check your training content and behavior instructions alongside the model.

Can the assistant make up information?

AI can produce wrong or incomplete answers. When preparing an answer, HaveAI searches your business information and makes use of relevant sources. Behavior instructions, conversation context and the results of actions such as appointments also affect the answer. Keeping information up to date and testing with sample questions help reduce errors.

What does the training allowance measure?

The training processing allowance measures the text processed during training by character. It is not the storage amount or the number of customer messages. The allowance renewing does not mean your saved training information is deleted. You can track your usage in the Billing section.

Are the panel language, widget language and answer language the same thing?

No. The panel language refers to the menus you see, the widget language to the interface the visitor sees, and the answer language to the assistant's conversation language. Also separately check the language of texts you wrote yourself, such as greeting questions and options.

Channels and Conversations

Which channels do you support?

You can use the web widget, Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram DM, Facebook Messenger and Slack channels. The Zernio service is used for the easy connection of Meta channels. For setup details, see the Integrations guide.

Why do I see the name Zernio during connection?

Zernio mediates the connection between HaveAI and Meta channels. When you start the connection from the panel, you may see the authorization screens of Zernio and the relevant platform. At the end of the process, return to HaveAI and check that the correct account is connected.

Can I use more than one channel at the same time?

Yes. Within the active channel allowance defined for your account, you can connect more than one channel. Check your channel and message allowances from the Billing section. Connecting more than one channel does not create a separate message allowance for each channel.

Do all channels use the same agent?

In the current multi-agent structure, additional agents can be used via the web widget; other channels work with the default agent. If you use more than one agent, check which agent the widget belongs to and that training information was added to the correct agent.

When does a human agent join the conversation?

When a human handoff request is created, routing to a suitable agent is done. The request being created does not mean the agent has joined the conversation. When the agent accepts and takes over the request, they continue the conversation. If no agent is found or the request is not accepted, the behavior in your human handoff settings applies.

Where do I check that an appointment was created?

Check the record and its status from the Appointments section in the panel. A customer requesting a meeting or the assistant asking for a date is not by itself a completed appointment record. Verify the service, date, time and customer information from the record.

Security and Data

How does HaveAI protect my data?

HaveAI uses measures such as sign-in verification, session control, team permissions, HTTPS and certain content scans. Using a strong password and two-factor authentication also helps protect your account. For details, review the Security guide.

What tools are there for KVKK and GDPR?

There are tools such as exporting account data and forwarding personal data requests. An account export does not prepare a file specific to a single customer. The roles in your business's customer data and in HaveAI's account and billing data are different. Details are explained in the KVKK and GDPR guide.

What should I do if I cannot find the answer I am looking for?

You can review the Troubleshooting guide or create a support ticket from the panel.
