Dashboard — Overview

Overview is the screen where you track your business's messaging status when you log in to the HaveAI panel. From here you can see messages, customer counts, the assistant's status and usage information; and jump to the sections you use often.

Summary Indicators

Each card shows a different piece of information:

  • Total messages: The total of incoming and outgoing messages in your account, excluding test conversations. It does not represent only the period you selected on the chart.
  • Customers: The number of customer records in the system, excluding test records.
  • Today's chats: The number of distinct customer records that exchanged messages in the last 24 hours. It is not the same as the number of conversations currently open or awaiting a representative.
  • Assistant status: Shows your assistant's operating status. When you are expecting a reply, also check the auto-reply settings and the connected channel's status.

Depending on the cards you add to the screen, response performance, customer satisfaction, frequently asked questions, recent activity and plan usage information can also be displayed.

Message Chart and Date Range

You can review the message trend for the last 7 days, last 30 days or last 3 months. The chart helps you compare incoming and outgoing messages in the selected period.

Separate the chart's date selection from the total counters. For example, when you select “Last 7 days” the message chart shows that period; the Total Messages card continues to show the total in your account.

When is the data updated?

Overview data is fetched when the screen opens and when the relevant selections change. Do not use this screen as a live message list that changes instantly with every new message. To follow new conversations, open the Messages section; for the most current summary you can reload the Overview screen.

Personalizing the Screen

1

Open the Edit option

Switch to edit mode.
2

Add or remove cards

Add the cards you want to use; remove the ones you do not need.
3

Reorder and resize

Move the cards to change their order, and drag their edges or corners to change their size.
4

Edit Quick Actions

Edit the links in the Quick Actions area according to your needs.
5

Use the Done option

When editing is complete, use the Done option.

To return to the initial layout, you can use the Reset to default option while editing. Removing a card from the screen does not delete the related message or customer data.

The screen layout is stored in the browser you use. Do not expect the same layout to appear in another browser; when you clear your browser data, your layout may also reset.

Quick Access and Export

From the Quick Actions area you can jump to messages, handoff requests and other panel sections. The export option on the screen lets you get the summary counters as CSV; it is not a detailed export of all conversations. For more comprehensive output, see the Reports and Export section.

Daily Usage Suggestion

Start your day by checking the assistant's status, usage entitlements and pending handoff requests. Move on to the conversations that need attention from Messages. Review knowledge gaps regularly; track longer-term changes from the analytics reports.
